As a Customer Service Representative specializing in KYC, you will play a vital role in ensuring compliance, security, and a seamless experience for our customers. 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Verify and authenticate customer identity documents and information in compliance with regulatory guidelines.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding customers through the KYC process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer information and interactions.
  • Identify potential risks or suspicious activities and escalate them for further investigation.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to facilitate a smooth KYC process.
  • Contribute to the improvement of KYC processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • Prior experience in customer service, KYC, compliance, or a related field is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with sensitive information.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Knowledge of KYC regulations and best practices is desirable.
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
